Providing Therapy from the Heart while Encouraging Teens, Adults, and their Family Members to Follow their Dreams
It is real. Your teenager is experiencing an emotional roller-coaster. They are feeling anxious and have difficulty relating to their peers. You may be worried that they might be self-harming or experiencing suicidal, depressive, or suicidal thoughts. At every turn, you are challenged. They need support and healthy ways to cope with the crisis.

Your young adult is just starting college but they are struggling with their independence and confidence. One minute they need you like their child again, desperately seeking advice, support and comfort of home. One minute they want you to leave, and the next they are asking for space and wanting to live their own lives. You are torn between wanting them to be supported and nurtured and wanting them to face the world.

Or maybe you are struggling to keep your family afloat while also attending to your own needs. Maybe your own needs often get overlooked, or pushed aside in sacrifice for everyone else. Maybe it's time to create better boundaries, to cultivate self-compassion, and to work on finding who you truly are.

I will be there to support you in your struggle. You will learn how to take control of your destiny. To discover your passion and connect with your true self. Let's commit to a life of compassion and self love, so you can feel a sense of wholeness and peace within you. You can make healthy, genuine, empathic connections to others. You can feel more open and accepting of the changes in life when you can connect with your inner wisdom.

About Folsom

Folsom is a city in Sacramento County, California, United States. The population was 80,454 at the 2020 census. == History == The Nisenan tribe of Native Americans had long inhabited the area. The Gold Rush of 1849 brought violence, disease and overwhelming loss for the tribes.Joseph Libbey Folsom purchased Rancho Rio de los Americanos from the heirs of San Francisco merchant William Alexander Leidesdorff, and laid out the town called Granite City, mostly occupied by gold miners seeking their fortune in the Sierra Nevada foothills. Though few amassed a great deal of wealth, the city prospered due to Joseph Folsom's lobbying to get a railway to connect the town with Sacramento.
