In 2005, Adam Ofstad decided to open his first automotive repair shop out of his house with just a 3 bay pole barn. From there, his curiosity only expanded to much bigger ideas. He now runs a large workshop with 25 lifts and 30 mechanics while expanding to three other locations under the name Pro Automotive & Diesel. Adam has worked with diesel engines for his entire life. Scappoose is a city in Columbia County, Oregon, United States. It was named for a nearby stream, which drains the southern part of the county. The name "Scappoose" is of Native American origin, and is said to mean "gravelly plain."
